Currently, the native sync engine is highly optimized for the Microsoft Graph API to parse rich HTML emails and threads reliably. However, via n8n, you can visually build pipelines to ingest data from Gmail, Slack, Jira, or any other source.

How does the AI understand the tickets?

We deploy Ollama directly beside your node instance. It reads the raw text, extracts intent, and formulates suggested actions locally. No PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is ever sent to external cloud APIs like OpenAI.

Is Prisma compatible with this?
